Seagarden Marine Powders are produced from different fish fillet cuts, shellfish claw and tail meat. The fish or shellfish is processed at special designed process equipment.  The steps involved are cutting of frozen raw material, cooking, drying and milling to fine powder.

The strict cooking process secures the best quality of the products and at the same time minimizes the loss of protein and taste active components. The hot air dryer used remove water and give the finished products the characteristic Seagarden taste, which is clean and pure, representing high quality products Seagarden is offering to the global Food Ingredient market. The cooked, dehydrated product is then micro-milled to a fine powder.  Some of the end-products can also be supplied in granule form.

Seagarden Marine Powders are all produced from fresh, frozen raw materials, of the types mentioned in the product name of the finished marine powder or granulate. Our policy is only using raw materials from sustainable resources, which ensure a long-term consistency of supply and product quality.
